પગાર ધોરણ
- BHEL માં એન્જીનિયર/એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ ટ્રેઇની તરીકે જોડાતા ઉમેદવારો એક વર્ષ માટે તાલીમમાંથી પસાર થશે. તાલીમ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન, 50,000-1,60,000/-ના પગાર ધોરણમાં રૂ. 50,000/-નો મૂળ પગાર ચૂકવવામાં આવશે. તાલીમ સફળતાપૂર્વક પૂર્ણ કર્યા પછી, તાલીમાર્થીઓને રૂ. 60,000/- ના મૂળભૂત પગાર સાથે રૂ. 60,000-1,80,000/-ના પગાર ધોરણમાં એન્જિનિયર્સ/એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ તરીકે સમાઈ લેવામાં આવશે.
